Ugh. Didn't any of the people in charge sit through freshman biology? If what they're saying on the news is true, the authorities have spent all this time trying to find a vaccine for a "virus," when all this time you merely needed an antidote for a toxin. The two aren't mutually exclusive, you know. These people shouldn't need an expert to tell them that. Even though I am an expert, and I am telling you. Honestly. I expected more from you people. Disappointed.
Still. You all can stop panicking now. Toxins don't have a long shelf life, and no one's died in, what, two days? Three? I'm a botanist, so take my word for it: I'm willing to bet that this one's run its course. Calls for a celebration, huh? That was some scary shit. Vomit.
